Welcome to our CRM developer's forum! This is where I will post the most recent information available on our editorial process. Our goal is to help sales and marketing professionals discover great software to help them take better care of their customers! If you produce a great product, tell me about it!

I have developed the process described here to help achieve these objectives. If you work with me, I will always listen to any suggestion you might have for improving this process.

 

Another key point you should remember is the focus of everything I write. The first question I will always explore is precisely how your program or product helps sales and marketing people take better care of their customers. I look at things first from the perspective of the sales person, then from the perspective of sales management.  Only then do I shift my focus to other points in the customer relationship continuum, examining how your product impacts marketing, customer support or e-commerce. Lastly, I look at things from the perspective of the MIS professional, examining all technical details and implementation issues. As a free service to our readers, we maintain a list of consultants and/or VAR’s who are experts in your program. We have a separate process for getting to know these people.
