RFPMaster® simplifies the process of managing and answering complex,
multi-question RFPs. The application searches your database of answers and
returns high-probability matches for each question. RFPMaster even lets you
email questions to subject matter experts, determine the exact status of
each answer, and manage the entire Request for Proposal process.

PresentationBuilder
PresentationBuilder enables end-users to create customer-focused
presentations and pitchbooks based on pre-approved slide content. Existing
slides are automatically indexed in the database, allowing users to quickly
find relevant presentation material, tailor it for the intended audience,
and generate a PowerPoint file that uses your approved style templates.
Advanced features make it easy to pre-design slide decks that incorporate
specific structure and content requirements. A wizard prompts users to
select information appropriate for the audience. Your presentations can
contain required and optional sections, allowing users to further customize
slide decks. This results in presentations built dynamically within the
software and tailored for each unique sales opportunity.

ProSearch
ProSearch provides easy access to your best sales content. Whether
responding to assigned RFP questions or searching for other types of
content, ProSearch keeps your Sant Suite database at your fingertips. Users
have the flexibility to access ProSearch through their Internet browser or
download the ProSearch Toolbar and connect to Microsoft Word, Excel,
Outlook, Internet Explorer, or any other application.
With either option, you can find relevant answers to RFPs and RFIs, or
simply find content to use in your selling materials. ProSearch leverages
your existing database of content and enables you to perform a Smart Index,
keyword, or category search. ProSearch and ProSearch Toolbar are included
with each license of RFPMaster. They are also available as stand-alone
applications.
