Prophet 4.0 includes the following new features:
- Tighter and more seamless integration inside Outlook provides a
faster load time and allows users to manage sales information right from
their Outlook Inbox or Contacts.
- Sales Assistant allows users to send pre-set, timed emails to their
contacts.
- Workflow Engine allows users to customize automatic sales cycle
actions and create consistent sales processes to make sure critical
tasks get accomplished for every prospect or sale. The workflow engine
also automatically creates Outlook emails, calendar events and task
items associated with a process.
- Groups and Permissions’ features support unlimited hierarchical
sales structures so that the right people see the right information.
Other features new to Prophet 4.0 include increased customization,
advanced reporting options, and additional Opportunity Manager and Contact
Manager features.
Unlike traditional CRM or sales management software, Prophet is built
into Outlook, thereby eliminating the need to manage multiple contact
databases or toggle between separate applications. Built on the .NET
platform, Prophet works entirely inside Outlook and easily integrates with
other critical business capabilities. As a result, Prophet turns Outlook
data into the building blocks of an effective sales management solution.
