Our mission
IT FACTORY is a leading provider of CRM, HRM, and ERP add-on services;
all delivered with pre-packaged integration and a variety of ERP systems.
These systems are collectively defined as Integrated Business Services,
which customers can subscribe to. This effectively means that IT FACTORY

Our Business Model
IT FACTORY's new business model is based on the concept of SaaS, i.e.
Software as a Service. But what exactly is SaaS? SaaS is a software
application delivery model where a software vendor develops, hosts and
operates a web-based software application for use by customers over the
Internet. Customers pay a monthly subscription fee for the use of the
software, not owning it. Also, as a channel-driven company, our Integrated
Business Solutions are sold exclusively through our partners.
