iEnterprises, Inc. is a commercial software developer and developers of
industry leading CRM solutions including iExtensions CRM and CRM on the Go.
Over 10 years ago, iEnterprises began with a vision that CRM software should
be affordable, easy to use and easy to implement. While the company
continues to strive for excellence in innovation, today, its vision of “CRM
made simple” has been realized.
Unlike some CRM vendors, iEnterprises is not a consulting firm that develops
software on the side; instead, the company is wholly focused on delivery of
quality CRM/SFA software. iEnterprises is a privately held corporation with
no debt or venture capital. iEnterprises possesses the highest D&B within
the appropriate software grouping. The combination of a conservative
business expansion plan and a commitment to pioneering product development
has allowed the organization to continue to grow through the slowing economy
and tech market crash. For each of the last three years, the company has
doubled its revenue over the preceding fiscal year figures.
Part of iEnterprises strategy for continued success is fostering a
collaborative relationship with customers to ensure that its software
products continue to meet customer needs and expectations. Customers are
viewed as long-term business partners who contribute to the growing
functionality of the software. The benefit of this cooperation between
iEnterprises and its customers is evident in the high degree of
configurability available in the solution.
iEnterprises, Inc. is a Premier IBM/Lotus Business Partner. Headquartered in
Murray Hill, New Jersey, iEnterprises delivers its products worldwide
through a vast network of global business partners.
Product: iExtensions CRM
Current Version: 6.3
Category: On-Premise Mid Market CRM Solution
Sub-Category:
Client Platform:
Server Platform: Lotus Notes
Database Platform:
The newly designed iExtensions CRM 6.3 provides a fresh look and feel to
its user interface as well as intelligent automation applied throughout all
databases, making initiating and following up on tasks and processes
remarkably easy and effective in just a few clicks. Furthermore, iExtensions
CRM 6.3 comes equipped with new time tracking, asset management, and
automation databases to help users better manage projects, inventory and
organizational collaboration. The announcement was made at iEnterprises’
European Business Partners event in London, UK.
Due to its extreme configurability, performance is greatly optimized in
iExtensions CRM 6.3. Users can view and customize almost every aspect of the
user interface. Even fields can be repositioned throughout the application
to suit how users work without any programming. An intuitive dashboard
allows centralized management, letting users drill down into important
information such as contacts or sales opportunities, or zoom out to see how
they relate to other CRM data. This gives a more complete view of all
customer-related activity occurring within the organization. Sharing
information becomes smoother and customer care prompt and targeted as
customer interactions are instantly tracked, captured and analyzed.
New Databases Bring Greater Productivity to Users
iExtensions CRM 6.3’s “available everywhere” Automation Database lets
users take control of their projects and offload tedious and time-consuming
tasks. Users can short-cut through one click of a button to trigger and
complete daily tasks such as updating contacts, issuing call reports or help
tickets, and generating proposals or mailer campaigns. Alternatively, users
can perform repetitive, simple, or a chain of complex tasks through
scheduled automation such as notifying management when a lead has been won
or has languished, assign team members to a new lead, or generate reports.
The new Time Tracking Database allows users to accurately track projects and
billing whereas the Assets Management Database helps users record and track
fixed assets such as property, plant and equipment (PPE), and document asset
details such as model and serial numbers.
“iExtensions CRM 6.3 grants users tremendous control over their entire CRM
experience,” said Matt Zimmerman, Vice President of Global Sales,
iEnterprises, Inc. “We gave the dashboard a complete makeover so users can
quickly see and access more data with fewer clicks. By incorporating
exceptional configurability and creature comforts, we’re helping companies
boost user adoption and the value of their CRM investment. We’re committed
to staying extremely focused on our customers’ top needs and bringing
cutting-edge Notes-based technology so they achieve their business goals.”
Easily integrated “plug and go” wireless access is available with
iExtensions CRM 6.3 so companies with mobile professionals can readily
connect iExtensions CRM 6.3 to their BlackBerry handheld devices via
iEnterprises’ wireless CRM application, CRM on the Go. This gives users
real-time access to their mission critical information anytime, anywhere.
Additional features available wirelessly in iExtensions CRM 6.3 include time
tracking and asset management thus providing mobile professionals with a
complete wireless CRM solution.
iExtensions CRM 6.3 offers full online, offline and wireless capabilities
and is available in multiple languages including English, German, French,
and Spanish, offering convenience to global companies.
