Entrepreneur John Valenty founded Earnware Corporation in 1997. The

Earnware Business Center is the web-based user interface that is issued
to each subscribing end-user. When the subscriber logs-into their account
online, they are logging into Business Center. Depending on the features or
package purchased, the user will have access to different modules from
within their Business Center.
Earnware Services Platform
The Services Platform is a hosted web & telecommunications
infrastructure. The platform has on-demand features for offering unified
messaging, contact management and CRM, calendaring, tasking, file sharing,
and collaboration services which are all neatly integrated together. The
platform also includes the billing, provisioning and service modules
necessary for managing a user base. Further integration with other products
or services is accomplished through the Services Platform API.
The Earnware Services Platform’s inherent flexibility makes the creation
of many differentiated products a reality. Building solutions from scratch
or piecing components together from multiple sources makes little sense when
compared to the advantages of partnering with Earnware. From a feature
standpoint, no other solution provider has the built-in computer telephony
(CTI) capabilities of our platform already integrated with CRM, unified
messaging, and productivity solutions. We set the new standard for
communications and CRM integration.
