SYSPRO CRM 5.0 now supports Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and offers improved email synchronization capabilities with Microsoft Outlook with added support for GroupWise. A built-in Executive View comes standard with SYSPRO CRM 5.0, enabling managers to display charts of key Sales Statistics and Service Tickets for easy graphical analyses and greater insight into weekly or monthly performance.

A key objective of the new CRM 5.0 release is to enhance the user experience with greater visibility, usability and more user-friendly navigational tools. Customization of dashboards and lookups at the global or user level are now possible with the ability to easily sequence columns in either ascending or descending order for more convenient access of data. SYSPRO CRM 5.0 also includes new Calendar Displays that simplify use and provide added features, including new displays and capabilities with the ability to “drag and drop” to remove or delete appointments.
Other new additions to SYSPRO CRM 5.0 include a myriad of new campaign tracking capabilities, providing the ability to monitor expenses against the marketing plan and budget information.
