North American Software, Inc. was formed over 24 years ago with a single
overriding objective - to utilize technology as the means for for providing
Financial Investment Professionals with the capability to realize their true
productive potential. We knew that potential productivity could greatly
exceed current performance if the severe constraints imposed by antiquated
methods and obsolete tools with which business is conducted could be
overcome.
Technology has primarily been used to dump ever-increasing volumes of
information on the shoulders of Investment Professionals without providing a
method for using these massive amounts of data to efficiently support their
clients. Despite our belief that a technological revolution of vast
proportions was underway, personal computer use among professionals remained
rare, primarily because the systems available were totally task oriented and
therefore unsuitable for the goal oriented investment professional.
Recognizing that the investment professional’s job includes a sophisticated
marketing role, we set out to deliver a marketing system with the most
powerful methodology available - Target Marketing. We also recognized that
their fast-paced, intensely competitive work environment would never permit
the use of multiple systems for individual tasks, so we set out to deliver a
fully integrated total job support environment.
We also understand the time value of money, and that the the key to dramatic
returns is leveraging the time of the professional, so we decided to make
this total job support environment so easy to use that the professional
could harness this technology to support virtually everything he/she does
all day long in "real-time".
Having long-since proven the soundness of these concepts, we are committed
to a total career partnership in which two things are key: 1.) service to
our clients, and (2) our clients’ active participation in our ongoing
development effort.
